Before Appointment
Remove all eye makeup: Arrive at your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes. This includes removing all mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow, as well as any residual makeup remover or cleanser.
Avoid using oil-based products: In the days leading up to your appointment, avoid using oil-based products around the eyes, as they can interfere with the adhesive bond.
No eyelash curlers: Refrain from using eyelash curlers on the day of your appointment, as this can damage your natural lashes or create an uneven base for the extensions.
No caffeine or stimulants: Avoid consuming caffeine or other stimulants before your appointment, as they can make it difficult for you to relax and lie still during the application process.
Contact lenses: If you wear contact lenses, remove them before your appointment and bring your glasses to wear afterward.
Plan your time: Ensure you have enough time for your appointment and comfortable to laydown for few hours, as a full set of lash extensions can take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the desired style and volume.

After Care
Avoid water for 24 hours: Keep your lash extensions dry for the first 24-hours after application to allow the adhesive to fully cure. This includes avoiding swimming, steam rooms, saunas, and excessive sweating.
Cleanse lashes gently: Use a lash extension-safe cleanser and a soft brush or lint-free applicator to gently clean your lashes daily. This will remove any buildup of oils, dirt, and makeup, and help maintain the health of your natural lashes.
No rubbing or pulling: Avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at your lash extensions, as this can cause damage to your natural lashes and reduce the lifespan of the extensions.
Brush lashes daily: Use a clean, dry spoolie brush to gently comb through your lash extensions each day. This helps maintain their appearance and prevents any tangling or crisscrossing.
Avoid oil-based products: Refrain from using oil-based products, including makeup and makeup removers, around your eyes, as these can weaken the adhesive bond and cause premature shedding of the extensions.
Sleep with care: Use a silk or satin pillowcase and avoid sleeping on your face, as this can cause friction that may damage or displace your lash extensions.
Schedule regular refills: To maintain the fullness and appearance of your lash extensions, schedule refill appointments every 2-3 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and personal preference.
